Mr. Dine is a partner with the Detroit-based law firm Bodman LLP. Mr. Dine represents corporate, non-profit and individual clients in tax and general business and commercial matters, including federal tax matters for corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, trusts and foundations. He regularly advises nonprofit and tax exempt organizations regarding obtaining and maintaining exempt status and general operational issues. Mr. Dine also represents corporate, partnership, limited liability company, trust and individual clients on structuring, negotiating and documenting mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, formations and reorganizations to achieve optimum tax benefits. Mr. Dine received his juris doctor degree from the University of Notre Dame and his bachelor of arts degree from Michigan State University. His is also a Certified Pubic Accountant.
Mr. Dine is an officer of the Mutual Investment Club of Detroit, an officer of NAIC Growth Fund, Inc., on the board of directors of Community Legal Resources, and a member of the Association for Corporate Growth.
