He will be presenting three topics that are valuable for beginning to experienced investors.
The Annual Report
An Annual report is a comprehensive report on a company’s activities throughout the preceding year. Annual reports are intended to give shareholders and other interested people information about the company’s activities and financial performance.
This class clarifies the complexity of annual reports. You will understand how to evaluate what the reports say and you can decide more confidently where to invest your money.
If you want to build wealth in the stock market, you have to understand the businesses of the stock you own to be a long-term investor.
Selecting Stocks in a Volatile Market
In this class you will know how great investors profit from volatility. You will begin the process of transforming yourself from being a speculator to a wealth winner.
This class will cover the following topics,
The 7 Common Sense Mistakes to Avoid.
The 7 Criteria’s for Stock Selection
The 10 minute Test
Mostly, this has to do with the demeanor of the individual who, sometimes is his/her own worst enemy.
Discounted Cash Flow and Calculating Intrinsic Value
As an investor, if you are unable to measure a stock’s true value, then it’s all but impossible to know whether your purchase is likely to prove profitable.
Price is what you pay, Value is what you get.
In this class you will know how to calculate the intrinsic value of a company by using the discounted Cash Flow method. We will use a spreadsheet to show how judgments are put in place to come up with a fair calculation of the value of the stock price and its true value.
Value comes from putting together and comparing Intrinsic Value and Price (True worth) which may differ from its market price.
