Mr. Genord is responsible for NAIC-BetterInvesting’s Education and Chapter Development programs. He has been with the organization since 1999 and headed up the development of the BetterInvesting Mutual Fund Analysis Tools and related education programs. He has been heavily involved in the development and implementation of the organization’s Online Stock Selection Tools and educational services and continues to be actively involved with web-based investing services. He served as subject matter expert in the development of the Building Wealth Curriculum focusing on financial literacy and fundamental investment education and continues to support teachers using the Curriculum in schools across the nation.
Dennis M. Genord

Mr. Genord currently directs the planning and development of NAIC-BetterInvesting’s educational programming and related tools and resources for over 50,000 NAIC-BetterInvesting members. He directs the training, educational and promotional activities provided to NAIC-BetterInvesting members by over 800 volunteers in 70 chapters across the country.
Mr. Genord represents NAIC-BetterInvesting at local, regional and national speaking engagements as a mentor to the individual investor and advocate for the organization’s long-term, fundamental approach to stock and mutual fund investing. He has spoken at events including The World Money Show, Scottrade Elite User Summit, and the American Association of Individual Investors (AAII). He has been quoted in a number of financial publications including: The Wall Street Journal, SmartMoney Magazine, BusinessWeek Magazine, TheStreet.com and featured on MoneyTrack – A Public Television Series.
Mr. Genord has been a member of NAIC-BetterInvesting for twenty years and a partner in three investment clubs. He received his Bachelors Degree from Michigan State University, Master Degree of Business Administration in Finance, Master Degree of Science in Finance, and Certification in Personal Financial Planning from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business.
