Estimating the growth rate of a company’s future earnings is one of the most important judgments to make on a Stock Selection Guide (SSG), and using the Preferred Procedure, or “revenue-based EPS projection,” can provide a useful second opinion. In this class the Preferred Procedure is broken into easy-to-understand concepts, and guidance for the judgment needed to complete the Preferred Procedure is provided.
