National Convention to Be Held in Washington, D.C.

Next month the 65th annual BetterInvesting National Convention will bring its message that anyone can become a successful investor to the Washington, D.C., suburb of Chantilly, Va. During the May 19-22 event, Main Street investors will learn time-tested strategies for building wealth and unbiased information about investing from BetterInvesting's dedicated volunteers.

"The volunteers who provide the education are entirely focused on empowering individuals to make informed investment choices by employing BetterInvesting's principles," says event chairman Henry Gold. "Attendees can choose among dozens of sessions that meet their experience levels and interests."

The convention, which will be at the Westfields Marriott Washington Dulles, offers more than 60 sessions on a variety of investing topics, including growing a portfolio employing dividend stocks; finding small-company equities; effectively allocating stocks, bonds and cash in your portfolio; and estimating future growth rates and valuations.
