How to Log In for Member Content 

Desktop:  
At the top right of the screen, in the blue box click login located next to "Join Here"  then enter your user name and password.  Don't know your user name and password?  Click "Forgot your username or password?"

Mobile:  
At the top left of the screen, in the blue box click login. Then enter your user name and password. Don't know your user name and password?  Click "Forgot your username or password?"

How To Log Out

On the member website, the button to log out is located to the upper right of your browser window. Adjacent to the "My Account" button, you'll notice an arrow pointing towards the right side of your screen. Click this arrow to log out. 

 

How to Reset Your Username and Password

Forgot Your Password: 
Go to https://www.betterinvesting.org.
Click on the white 'Login' text in blue bar at the top of the page.
On the login page click on the 'Forgot your username or password?' text.
Enter the email address on file and associated with your BetterInvesting  membership.
If your email address is found within our system, an email with your username and a reset password link will be sent to that email address within the next 10-15 minutes.
The  reset password link is valid for 2 hours after the initial request is made. 
 Please check your junk/spam folders if the reset password email is not in your inbox.

If you do not have a valid email address on file with BetterInvesting or do not wish to reset your password online, then please use the online chat, email us at service@betterinvesting.org, or call our Contact Center at 877-275-6242 and our support staff will help you over the phone.

How do I unblock my member login?

If you try your password to many times and your account gets “blocked” you can unblock it by resetting your password.  On the login screen, press forgot user name and password. Type in your email address, and follow the link to reset your password. Once you reset your password, your account will no longer be blocked.

To provide the best customer service we ask that you create an account or log into your existing account before making a purchase. If you are already a member or have purchased something in the past, you can log into the store with your user name and password.    

If this is your first purchase, we will ask you to create an account. Please note if you try to create an account with an established email you will receive a prompt to log into your account. If you don't know your user name and password you can reset them on the login screen.
