How to Reset Your Username and Password

To recover your username and/or reset your password:

  • Go to https://www.betterinvesting.org or click "Member Login" at the top of this page.
  • On the login page click on the 'Forgot your username or password?' link.
  • Enter the email address on file and associated with your BetterInvesting  membership.

If your email address is found within our system, an email with your username and a reset password link will be sent to that email address within the next 10-15 minutes. The  reset password link is valid for 2 hours after the initial request is made.  You do not have to reset your password if you already know it.  Please check your junk/spam folders if the reset password email is not in your inbox.

If you do not have a valid email address on file with BetterInvesting or do not wish to reset your password online, then please use the online chat, email us at service@betterinvesting.org, or call our Contact Center at 877-275-6242 and our support staff will help you over the phone.

How to Unblock Member Login

If you try your password too many times and your account gets “blocked” you can unblock it by resetting your password.  On the login screen, press forgot user name and password. Type in your email address, and follow the link to reset your password. Once you reset your password, your account will no longer be blocked.

Log Into the Store / Create Account

To provide the best customer service, we ask that you create an account or log into your existing account before making a purchase. If you are already a member or have purchased something in the past, you can log into the store with your username and password.    

If this is your first purchase, we will ask you to create an account. Please note if you try to create an account with an established email, you will receive a prompt to log into your account. If you don't know your user name and password, you can reset them on the login screen.
