How do I cancel my membership?

If you wish to cancel your BetterInvesting membership, please take the following steps:
  • Click My Account near the top of the screen, next to your name.
  • Select Email and Product Subscription Information from the navigation
  • If Auto renew by credit card shows Yes, there will be an option to cancel. After selecting and confirming this option, you will receive a confirmation of the cancellation within 24 - 48 hours.
  • If Auto renew by credit card shows No, you do not need to take any further action; the subscription will end on the Valid Through date.
If you encounter any trouble with the website, membership cancellations can also be handled over the phone Monday through Friday by calling at: 1-248-583-6242
