How do I cancel my membership?
If you wish to cancel your BetterInvesting membership, please take the following steps:
- Click My Account near the top of the screen, next to your name.
- Select Email and Product Subscription Information from the navigation
- If Auto renew by credit card shows Yes, there will be an option to cancel. After selecting and confirming this option, you will receive a confirmation of the cancellation within 24 - 48 hours.
- If Auto renew by credit card shows No, you do not need to take any further action; the subscription will end on the Valid Through date.
