What are the terms of automatic renewal billing?
Suppose you have selected a membership product that automatically renews after the initial period. In that case, your method of payment will be charged for the renewal of your annual membership on the 28th of your renewal month, unless you notify us before the charge that you want to cancel or do not wish to renew automatically. A reminder notice, including the payment amount for the future renewal term, will be sent to your email address on file with NAIC/BetterInvesting.
Membership renewal, which may increase or decrease, will be charged based on your membership level. You may cancel by calling 248-583-6242 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or via your account page at www.betterinvesting.org/my-account.
