What online service will be used for Virtual BINC 2025? ⇲

GoToWebinar’s Virtual Event Platform will be used for registrants to attend Virtual BINC 2025.

This Virtual Event platform allows you to attend the session(s) you desire without the need to pre-register for that session. Just like an in-person BINC, you will be able to come and go from one concurrent session to the other.

Do I need any special equipment to participate? ⇲

Note, all audio is through the internet. Verify you have working speakers before you attend Virtual BINC.  

Why can’t I hear anyone? Other audio issues. ⇲

If you are hearing two sessions (or multiple audios) at the same time:

  • You may have audio playing from another streaming service or an ad that popped up on another browser tab. Close all other browser tabs that do not have “GoToWebinar” in the tab name.
  • You may have missed closing one session’s browser tab before switching to a concurrent session. Click on each browser tab at the top of your screen and close the session you no longer wish to attend. 
How do I attend the next session? I lost my Event Agenda. ⇲

Each time you start a session, a new browser tab opens for that session. 

Review the browser tabs that are open and click the one that has “GoToWebinar” listed just once which should be your Event Agenda.

If needed, return to your reminder email and click the blue box “Go to my Event Agenda”.

How do I register for Virtual BINC 2025? ⇲

Register for the National Convention (Virtual BINC 2025) using the “Register ” button on the left side of this page or by calling member services at 877-275-6242.

How can I pay for registration without a PayPal account? ⇲


When you reach the PayPal screen you should be able to click on the Pay with Debit or Credit Card button which will take you to the guest checkout page, as shown in the first image.

When that’s completed, the next screen that should be displayed so that you can complete the transaction as a guest, as shown in the second image.

If you wish to avoid this route, please feel free to reach out to the home office, and we will process the registration over the phone.

•    Both days of Virtual BINC 2025 sessions:  June 7 and June 14.

  • One June 7 at 9:00 AM EDT, a reminder with event agenda link for the June 7 Virtual BINC 2025 sessions.
  • On June 13, a reminder with the link to access the June 14 Virtual BINC 2025 sessions.

Where are the Virtual BINC 2025 Handouts and Recordings Located? ⇲

As a paid attendee you can download the session handouts for a period of time before and following the BINC convention. Paid attendees will receive an email approximately two weeks before the event with the location of the handouts.

Handouts and recordings will be available through December 31, 2025.

What is the refund policy for the Virtual BINC 2025? ⇲

As you will have access to recordings for all sessions through December 31, 2025, there will be no refunds.
