Description
We are happy to announce that our First Friday “Happy Hour” has expanded to meet every Friday at 5:30 PM.
Join us each month for "Friday Nights!" – a casual weekly gathering where you can hang out with Golden West Directors and connect with other investors like yourself. Throughout each month, we will discuss topics of interest, BetterInvesting news, answer your questions, and take a deep dive into a stock study, one step at a time. Here's the plan:
First Friday: General BI news and informational discussion; answer any questions if you are new to BetterInvesting; introduction to this month’s stock to study: basic acid test to confirm stock is worth studying – first page SSG analysis, or however deep we want to go before the deep dive. Hosted by Linda Robins.
Next two Fridays: Bakul Lalla will lead us in a deep dive into the stock, exploring one or two aspects of a stock study each night.
Fourth Friday: With your participation and Bakul's guidance, we will put it all together into the First Cut format to document judgments and provide a clear record of the rationale for our decision-making.
