Description
This session teaches investment club members how to use Google Sheets as a secure, collaborative system for managing club portfolio records and supporting disciplined buy/sell decisions. We’ll cover how Sheets compares to Excel, why Sheets works especially well for clubs, how to control access and track changes using version history, and how to use a multi-tab portfolio model (Portfolio + SparklineData + Buy/Sell Decisions) to run practical “what-if” scenarios for raising cash, rebalancing, and swapping holdings.
The teachers will be Bob Tesch and Tag Coolidge, both Volunteers with the North Texas Chapter. Bob is a member of the Big State Investment Club in Fort Worth, a 65-year BetterInvesting club. Tag is President of his family club, the Cowtown Investment Club of Fort Worth and of the Lone Star Online Investment Club, a BetterInvesting model club.
