Analysis of the BI Top 100 (and 2nd 100)

Curious how the BetterInvesting (BI) community is following BI investment principles? Would you be surprised to find that on many Investment Club (IC) Portfolio Reviews, we find that the IC's stated goal can't be achieved because of the portfolio mix? The April BetterInvesting™ (BI) magazine is a wealth of information telling you what BI IC’s across the country are doing. You could spend hours and hours investigating, or, you could sit back and watch Roger reveal what he has found.

On May 17, 2025, the Maryland Chapter will host a FREE “virtual” presentation analysis of the Top 100 (and second 100) that were published in the April 2025 BI magazine. This will be the 10th year that this type of analysis has been done by the chapter. The analysis covers the following areas::

• Evaluate sales and EPS growth rates for companies owned by investment clubs and compare to the published BI growth rates (based on company size).
• Compare how well club holdings follow the BI principles of investing in growth and diversifying by company size • View sector distribution by company size and % Debt to Capital
• Explore potential 5-year future growth expectations
• Compare to prior years analyses

No individual company analysis will be included, Attendees to this Webinar will watch the presentation, but not be able to directly ask questions. Attendees are muted, but can enter questions in the Chat section, where other Chapter volunteers will be monitoring. If we can answer, we will reply in the comment area.
