Description
This is a 2 day class scheduled for 2 Saturdays. This series of courses is for both beginning and experienced investors. It provides an understanding of the concepts behind BetterInvesting's fundamental analysis tool, the Stock Selection Guide (SSG), and an opportunity to improve your investing skills. Students will be introduced to BetterInvesting-approved software tools.

Session 1 (March 25, 2023- 9:30 AM to noon; 1:00 p.m to 3:30 PM - ET)
Learn the basic concepts of long-term investing and creating a successful portfolio. Understand the Better Investing’s fundamental analysis tool, the Stock Selection Guide (SSG). Get comfortable with the beginner level of the Core online tool.
Session 2 (April 1, 2023 - 9:30 AM to noon; 1:00 p.m to 03:30 PM - ET)
Review of Day One. Choose stocks to study. Learn how to find objective research, make reasonable projections for the stock's future earning potential and assess if it's likely to be a profitable investment at its current price. Practice completing several SSG's as a group, and on your own to share with the group.
