Through our monthly Model Investment Club meetings, Tuesday Training Workshops, annual Financial Literacy Month initiatives, and supportive investment club training visits, our leadership team sets the standard for investor education—all delivered through convenient online platforms.

To build on this momentum, we are inviting driven members to join our active leadership team. This is an opportunity to expand your personal, professional, and financial horizons while helping others master long-term investing. Whether you are a long-time member or new to the organization, joining our volunteer team connects you with an elite group of peers dedicated to lifelong learning and mutual success.

A Structured Pathway to Leadership

We provide a comprehensive Volunteer Orientation & Training Program designed to position you for success from day one. Our structured leadership pathway allows you to grow at a pace that fits your schedule:

Chapter Volunteer: A flexible entry point to contribute specialized talents, collaborate on focused projects, and deepen your knowledge of the BetterInvesting methodology.

Associate Director: An executive development track for members looking to shape strategic chapter operations. Working alongside seasoned Directors, you will gain hands-on experience in chapter management prior to Director nomination.

Board Director. Elected leaders who drive governance, program development, and long-term strategy for the chapter following successful service as an Associate Director or key Volunteer.

Board Officer: Executive officers (President, Functional Vice Presidents, Secretary, and Treasurer) selected from the Board of Directors to guide chapter governance and operational growth.
